• Summer Sonic 2009 in Japan this coming August. The events will take place at Chiba Marine Stadium in Tokyo and Maishima in Osaka on August 7th, 8th and 9th. It is the historic 10th year of the annual festival.
  
  Tickets go on sale at all ticket locations including Lawson, E-plus, and Pia, on Saturday, May 30 at 10am (local).
  
  
• Linkin Park will co-headline with Metallica this summer at the first ever Sonisphere Festival in Pori, Finland on July 25th and in Knebworth, England on August 1st. Other bands on the bill include Lamb of God and Mastodon, with more to be announced soon.
  
  Tickets for both shows go on sale HERE on Wednesday, February 11 at 9am (local).
